Do you have experience as a butcher?

We are looking for skilled butchers to join our Try & Hire program starting on 12 January 2026. After the 16-week trial period, the position transitions into full-time employment with the company.
We support you through the entire process of starting your job in Denmark — from documentation and administration support to accommodation and salary.
YOUR TASKS:
Slaughtering and Deboning
Working with necks and forequarters
You can work efficiently and maintain high production standards
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
Start date: 12 January 2026
Location: 6650 Brørup, Denmark 
Try & Hire: 16 weeks, after which you will be hired directly by the company
Position: Full-time

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Experience from a slaughterhouse
Experience with Deboning, necks and forequarters
Solid knife skills and the ability to meet the NNF agreement’s required production rate (akkord)
Must be registered with NNF (union) on the first working day
You can work efficiently and maintain high production standards
You work well in a fast-paced environment
You need to be able to understand English
